Owner
Mark Litwiler
Mark received his degree from Saint Leo University in Business Management, graduating Cum Laude. He has been in the aquatics industry since 1989 and has worked all over the country, helping people solve their pond and lake problems. Mark is on the board of directors for the Society of Lake Management Professionals that helps the industry thrive around the US. Mark is passionate about his work, company, clients, and staff.
Ethan
Ethan has been with Ponds Rx since 2016 and is currently the supervisor of all field operations. Shortly after graduating from Ball State University with a Bachelor's of Science, he joined the growing Ponds Rx team. His passion for aquatic management stems from his various hobbies, including fishing, camping, and hunting. Ethan believes that kindness, courtesy, and exceeding service expectations are essential for a positive customer service experience that lasts for years.
Harrison
Harrison joined the Ponds Rx team in March of 2020. Both he and his wife, Abby, have been lifelong residents of central Indiana. Harrison's career prior to Ponds Rx was spent in ministry and the church is still where he can be found through much of the offseason, serving with his church's youth ministry. In the time he is not serving, Harrison enjoys hunting, playing and designing board games with family, and spending time with friends."
Jason
Jason has been an Aquatic Specialist since 2017. He recently got married in November 2021. He enjoys working with his hands and working outside. In his spare time, he likes to work out, learn about world history, go sport shooting and being in the great outdoors. He takes great pride in his work and giving the customers a beautiful pond is his highest priority.
